You have 15 days to decide if the item is right for you. We will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged or washed. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at email@example.com
After we’ve provided you with the return address, please return your items within seven working days. Items returned after seven working days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and a tracking number to complete your return.
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you obtain a proof of postage. Returns/Exchanges of items that arrive broken or defective
If you receive broken item(s) please inform us in 48 hours. You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective item and also describe the issue you have with it.
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
*In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- any item that is returned more than 7 working days after we’ve provided you with the return address

When do I know that you have received my return?
The taken time from sending your parcel until it arrives at our warehouse depends on the courier service you select for your return. Of cause, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
When I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-14 working days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. [30 – 45 working days for debit card payment] Of course, we will directly inform you per mail, once your refund has been proceeded.
Please be noted that it might take some time for your refund to be credited back to your account depending on your bank’s policy and payment method used.
